Susanne Reindl-Krauskopf

Susanne Reindl-Krauskopf is Professor of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology at the University of Vienna, where she serves as Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Director of ALES-Austrian Center for Law Enforcement Sciences. She previously held the position of Associate Dean at the School of Law (2010-2014).

Her research focuses on law enforcement and fundamental rights, particularly surveillance, interception, and data collection methods. She also investigates executive/judiciary responsibilities in law enforcement and specialized crimes including migrant smuggling, human trafficking, cybercrime, corruption, and social services fraud.
