Susannah Paletz

Susannah Paletz is an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland’s College of Information Studies (iSchool). She holds affiliations with the Human-Computer Interaction Lab (HCIL), Maryland Initiative for Digital Accessibility (MIDA), and the Organizational Teams & Technology Society (OTTRS). Her research focuses on team dynamics, creativity in organizations, and the role of emotions in social media. Dr. Paletz earned her PhD in social/personality psychology from UC Berkeley, with prior roles at NASA Ames Research Center and the University of Pittsburgh.
