Campbell is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Maryland, splitting her time between the College of Information Studies (iSchool) and the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS). She designs assessments for cyber aptitude and talent, with notable contributions to frameworks like Cyber Aptitude and Talent Assessment (CATA) for U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
