Susanna Berger is an Associate Professor of Art History and Philosophy at the University of Southern California. Her academic career includes postdoctoral fellowships at Princeton University (2013–2016), Villa I Tatti (Harvard University, 2016–2017), and the University of Oxford (2011–2012). She specializes in visual art and intellectual history of early modern Europe (1500–1800), exploring philosophical imagery and major works by artists like Dürer, Rembrandt, and Borromini.
