Dr. Susan Sorensen serves as Associate Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting within the College of Business at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. With over 45 years as a licensed CPA and 29 years of professional practice at Big 4 accounting firms, she brings exceptional industry experience to her academic role since earning her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2003.
