Administrative leadership constitutes a major career pillar, having directed Towson's College of Fine Arts and Communication as Dean from 2011-2019 after similar roles in Maine.
Current professional activities include ongoing costume design work, guild leadership, and residence in Towson with her spouse Stanley Max (Lecturer in Mathematics at Towson University).
