Susan Hurley

Susan Hurley was a distinguished philosopher who held chairs at Warwick University and Bristol University. She was the first woman fellow at All Souls College, Oxford, and earned a doctorate from Harvard Law School. Her research focused on philosophy of mind, particularly consciousness in action. She graduated as salutatorian from Princeton University in 1976 and was a member of the Glee Club and Cap and Gown Club.
