Susan Grayson is a tenured Professor in the Department of Spanish and French Studies at Occidental College, where she has been teaching since her appointment in 1979. With academic credentials from UCLA (A.B., M.A., Ph.D.) and the Wright Institute Los Angeles, alongside additional studies at Université de Bordeaux, she specializes in 18th- and 19th-century French literature, post-structuralist criticism, and French feminist theory.
