Susan Dauria is a full-time Professor in the Department of Anthropology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Social Work at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Her academic journey began at SUNY Geneseo (B.A.) and advanced at SUNY Albany (M.A., Ph.D.), where she shifted focus from archaeology to cultural anthropology during doctoral research on deindustrialization's impact on ethnic identity in upstate New York communities.
