Dr. Susan Ainsleigh is the Director of the Graduate Program in Applied Behavior Analysis and an Associate Professor in the Education department at Cambridge College. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D®) and a licensed special education teacher with over 20 years of experience practicing ABA across diverse settings including public/private schools, early intervention programs, and adult services. She has pioneered ABA program development in higher education globally, including establishing the first BACB®-approved course sequence in the Middle East.

Dr. Ainsleigh's research focuses on the application and dissemination of Applied Behavior Analysis in educational and clinical contexts.
