Susan Aaronson

Susan Aaronson is a Lecturer IV in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan and Director of the Dietetics Program. With over 30 years as a Registered Dietitian, her expertise spans clinical/acute care, community nutrition, and non-profit public health initiatives.

• Developed Project Healthy Schools: A school-based obesity prevention program targeting middle schools in Detroit and statewide, emphasizing Farm to School programming.
• Certified in pediatric and adolescent weight management.
