Sunit Davda

Sunit Davda, MBBS is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), affiliated with the School of Medicine. He holds dual board certifications: Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR, UK) and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC). His clinical expertise focuses on pediatric interventional radiology and multimodality imaging.

• Completed residency at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital NHS Trust and fellowships at SickKids Hospital (Toronto).
• Served as Consultant in Pediatric Interventional Radiology at Great Ormond Street Hospital (2020–2024).

His research interests include pediatric lymphatic interventions, vascular access, and imaging of complications like pulmonary aspergillosis and peritoneal dialysis. He has authored book chapters on lymphatic malformations and contributes to studies like the MAP-JAG initiative on pediatric inflammation.

Clinically, he leads quality improvement projects, including reducing infection rates in venous ports and improving consent processes. His teaching spans fellows, residents, and international observers in procedures like central venous access and nephrostomy insertion.
