Sundhya Pahuja is a Melbourne Laureate Professor and ARC Kathleen Fitzpatrick Laureate Fellow at the University of Melbourne Law School. She directs the Laureate Research Program in Global Corporations and International Law and studies international law in historical context with emphasis on North-South relations.
Research: Examines decolonization, development economics, and corporate power through legal frameworks. Current projects include 'International Law and the Cold War' and 'The Populist Challenge to International Law'.

- Max Planck-Cambridge Prize for International Law (2021)
- Woodward Medal for Excellence (2014)
- Fulbright Senior Fellow to Harvard (2016)
- Leverhulme Visiting Chair to Cambridge (2022)
Leadership: Former Director of Melbourne Law School's Institute for International Law and the Humanities (2016-2023). Serves on UN Special Rapporteur advisory committees and holds visiting positions globally.
