Dr Sunday Adebola is a Lecturer at Keele Business School, Keele University. He holds a PhD from the University of Huddersfield, focusing on Strategic HR, talent management, and evaluation in UK private sector organisations. His research interests include talent management, cross-cultural management, organisational behaviour, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability within multinational corporations.
Before his academic career, he taught in secondary and further education, emphasizing student-centred learning. He also has extensive private sector experience, including setting up and managing a small-scale business for an ethnic minority group in the UK.
He teaches courses such as International Business Context, Management in Context, Business Strategy, and Managing People and Organisations. His work bridges academic research and practical business challenges, particularly in multicultural and sustainable organisational environments.
