Sumeet Gupta is the Elmore Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University's Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research focuses on device-circuit co-design in emerging nanotechnologies, spintronics, and low-power VLSI design. He leads interdisciplinary efforts in ferroelectric devices, neuromorphic computing, and energy-efficient hardware for AI applications.
Education: B.Tech from IIT Delhi (2006), M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University (2008, 2012).
