Prof. Dr. Sultan TARLACI is a Professor of Neurology at Üsküdar Üniversitesi. He specializes in neurology, cognitive neuroscience, and neurophysiology with expertise in EEG analysis, neurodegenerative diseases, and quantum neurobiology. He holds editorial roles in journals like NeuroQuantology and Journal of NeuroPhilosophy.
