Sukanya Ray is an Associate Professor in Psychology at Suffolk University, with a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and advanced degrees from Utkal University. Her work bridges cultural, health, and clinical psychology.
Research Interests include health disparities, body image/eating problems across ethnic groups, Asian mental health risks, alternative healthcare practices, relationship dynamics, and post-traumatic growth. She employs mixed-method approaches to study psychosocial factors in marginalized communities.
