Sue Ollerhead is a Senior Lecturer at the Chester Business School, part of the Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise at the University of Chester since 2015. She holds an MBA (2007–2009) and certifications including Chartered Marketer (2018) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Her expertise spans digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and marketing innovation, with a focus on integrating digital strategies across public and private sectors.
