Dr. Sue Bae is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School's College of Professional Psychology. With a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and licenses as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois, she specializes in anxiety disorders, cross-cultural psychology, and multicultural counseling.

Her research and clinical practice focus on culturally responsive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT/ERP), supervision, and mentoring. Dr. Bae has extensive experience working with diverse populations across residential, outpatient, and community mental health settings.
Notable honors include her Clinical Fellowship at ADAA, leadership roles in the Illinois Psychological Association, and contributions to the Asian American Psychological Association's Division of Women. She is also a certified SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) provider and actively involved in OCD Midwest and the International OCD Foundation.
