Stuart Yeh

Stuart S. Yeh is Professor and Coordinator of Graduate Programs in Evaluation Studies at University of Minnesota. He holds PhD in Evaluation from Stanford University, MPP from University of Michigan, and BA in Economics from University of Michigan.

Research applies systems theory to:

• Anti-corruption frameworks and international governance
• Educational accountability and achievement gaps
• Policy innovation and evaluation methodologies

Publication highlights:

• Developed APUNCAC anti-corruption treaty framework
• Proposed international anti-corruption institutions
• Analyzed structural roots of educational inequality
• Evaluated 23 interventions addressing achievement gaps

Honored as Spencer Postdoctoral Fellow. Recent books include The End of Corruption and Impunity (2022) and Solving the Achievement Gap (2017).
