Stuart Siegel

Stuart Siegel is an Adjunct Professor in the School of the Environment at San Francisco State University and a Coastal Resilience Specialist at the SF Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR). He focuses on the intersection of climate change, ecosystem restoration, and policy, with expertise in wetland functions, hydrology, and adaptive management frameworks. His geographic focus is the San Francisco Estuary, complemented by international collaborations.

Education: Ph.D. in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley (2002).
