Stuart Mounter

Dr. Stuart Mounter is an Associate Professor at the University of New England (UNE) Business School, specializing in agricultural economics and agribusiness. He holds a BAgEc (Honours) and PhD from UNE. His research focuses on economic principles applied to agricultural industries, food security, and value chain analysis. He has mentored numerous students in international competitions, including global success in the IFAMA Case Study Competition.
