Stuart McLelland

Professor Stuart McLelland is a faculty member at the University of Hull’s Energy and Environment Institute, where he serves as Deputy Director. His research focuses on physical modeling of flow processes and sediment transport dynamics across riverine, estuarine, and coastal environments. He leads experimental research in the Total Environment Simulator (TES), a world-class facility for environmental fluid dynamics, and manages fieldwork teaching on volcanic geomorphology in Tenerife. He also oversees MSc programs in renewable energy and environmental systems.
