Stuart J. Heckman

Stuart J. Heckman is an Associate Professor at Texas Tech University's School of Financial Planning and Department of Personal Financial Planning. He serves as Ph.D. Program Director and investigates financial decision-making under uncertainty, focusing on young adults and college students.
