Dr Stuart Horsman is an Honorary Research Fellow at the School of History, University of St Andrews. Currently, he serves as Senior Principal Research Analyst on Iran at the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Previously, he worked as the FCDO’s Central Asia Research analyst and for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna (2009-2011). He holds a PhD in Central Asian security from the University of Sheffield and was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations.
