Stuart Gallagher is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for Education Studies (BA Hons) and Leading Culture Change in Safeguarding (PG Cert) at the University of Worcester's Institute of Education. His teaching combines whole-class instruction with individualized tutorials to support diverse learners. With extensive experience in educational support for marginalized youth, he has served as an Education Welfare Officer and school leader during the COVID-19 pandemic.
His academic interests encompass safeguarding leadership, corporate parenting models, educational pathways for care-leavers, and inclusive pedagogical approaches. Current research focuses on coaching methodologies for safeguarding leaders and corporate parenting frameworks within educational institutions.
