Stjepan Radić is an Associate Professor at the Catholic Theological Faculty in Đakovo, part of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. He has held teaching roles at multiple institutions, including the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek (2009–2011) and as a doctoral school instructor at the University of Osijek (2012–2018). His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck (2006) and leadership roles such as Head of the Department of Philosophy and History (2022–present) and Vice-Dean for Science at the Catholic Theological Faculty in Đakovo (2018–2022).

He has published extensively on topics like tolerance, freedom of conscience, and cosmopolitanism.
Publications highlight trends in virtue ethics revival, democratic theory, and religion-science dialogue. He has supervised two doctoral theses and mentored over 20 master’s students, with a focus on political philosophy, existentialism, and religious anthropology.
Leadership Roles include President of the Ethics Committee at the University of Osijek (2018–2021), Rector of the Theological Seminary in Đakovo (2013–present), and editorial contributions to academic journals like Diacovensia.
