Steven Walczak, Ph.D., is a tenured Professor in the School of Information at the University of South Florida's College of Arts and Sciences. He holds dual appointments with the Florida Center for Cybersecurity and has served in roles such as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Organizational and End-User Computing. His research focuses on applying artificial intelligence systems (e.g., neural networks, expert systems) to healthcare informatics, cybersecurity, and electronic commerce. He earned his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Florida, with earlier degrees from Johns Hopkins and Penn State.
