Steven Polonus, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor at Lancaster Bible College and Subject Matter Expert in Business Administration. He also serves as an adjunct professor for Eastern University’s MBA program and a regional trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance. With over 24 years of leadership in interscholastic athletics, he has held roles as Director of Athletics in three PIAA 6A Pennsylvania school districts. His academic credentials include a PhD in Organizational Leadership (Eastern University), an MBA in Economic Development (Eastern University), a MS in Athletic Management (West Chester University), and dual BS degrees in Business Administration and Education (Elizabethtown College).
