Steven M. Kogan

Steven M. Kogan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at the University of Georgia's College of Family and Consumer Sciences. He specializes in family-centered substance use prevention for Black American youth, addressing structural racism, neurobiological risk factors, and resilience mechanisms in rural Southern communities.
