Steven Hardman

Steven Hardman is a Senior Lecturer and National Undergraduate Program Coordinator at the School of Nursing & Midwifery, The University of Notre Dame Australia, Fremantle Campus. He is a registered nurse with over 21 years of postgraduate experience, working across military, clinical, and academic environments. He maintains active clinical practice as a senior nurse in a metropolitan intensive care unit.

His educational background includes a Diploma in Higher Education in Nursing, a BSc (Hons), Postgraduate Certificates in Higher Education and Critical Care, and an MSc. He is currently a PhD candidate at UNDA, focusing on graduate nurses' roles in identifying and managing clinically deteriorating patients.
