Steve Pratt

Steve Pratt is a Research Fellow at the Rural Clinical School within the UWA Medical School at the University of Western Australia. His work primarily focuses on nutrition, dietary behavior, and public health interventions, with particular emphasis on Australian populations across various age groups.

His research interests span nutrition science, dietary behavior patterns, and public health interventions. Dr. Pratt has published extensively on topics including vegetable consumption, sugar-sweetened beverages, fast food consumption, and nutrition education. His work often examines how these dietary factors relate to broader health outcomes and how interventions can effectively promote healthier eating habits, particularly among vulnerable populations like children and adolescents.
