Steve Peterson

Steve Peterson serves as Adjunct Professor of Trombone at St. Mary's University and Principal Trombonist with the San Antonio Symphony. His professional engagements include performances with the Dallas, Cincinnati, Detroit, and Fort Worth Symphonies, alongside jazz/commercial ensembles.

Educational background includes a B.M. from the University of Michigan (David Jackson) and M.M. from Southern Methodist University (John Kitzman). Teaching experience spans Richland College, Texas State University, and ensemble coaching (DFW Brass, Bishop Arts Brass).
