Steve Paik, MD, EdM is an Associate Professor of Medical Sciences and the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Admissions at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine, Quinnipiac University. He holds board certifications in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine, and has served in leadership roles for pediatric residency programs at NYU and Columbia University.

Dr. Paik’s research and scholarly work focuses on medical education, including curriculum development and evaluation, faculty development, mentoring, professional identity formation, and creating inclusive and equitable learning environments. His expertise also extends to urban community health and skills development in feedback, conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.
He has served as a faculty member for the Academic Pediatric Educator Excellence (APEX) Teaching Program and was part of the first cohort of the Pediatric Academic Societies' Educational Scholar Program.
