Stevan Spalević is a Lecturer of Piano at the Faculty of Arts in Niš (University of Niš) since February 2014. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Piano from the Academy of Music Arts in Novi Sad (University of Novi Sad) and is currently pursuing specialist and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Arts in Niš. Prior roles include Senior Artistic Associate at the Department of Wind Instruments (2008–2014) and Assistant-Demonstrator at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad (2005–2007).

His research and artistic interests focus on classical piano performance, pedagogy, and orchestral conducting. He has performed as a soloist with the Niš Symphony Orchestra (Beethoven’s Fourth Piano Concerto) and debuted as a conductor with the Symphony Orchestra “Amoroso and Friends.”
Spalević has won prestigious awards including the Mihailo Vukdragović Laureate (2002), EPTA Scriabin/Bartok Laureate (2005), and recognition as best student (2002/2003) and best graduate (2007/2008) at the University of Novi Sad. He has participated in masterclasses with renowned pianists like András Schiff, Paul Badura-Skoda, and Dmitri Bashkirov.
He has performed across Serbia in the National Concert Season (2008–2009) and trained annually at the Mozarteum Summer Academy in Salzburg. His professional narrative includes teaching, conducting, and active participation in international music festivals.
