Stephoni Case

Dr. Stephoni Case is a Professor of Education and Leadership and Program Director for the Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (MAEL) and Doctor of Education in Administration and Leadership (DEAL) programs at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SNU) since 2014. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of English at SNU (1992–2009) and held roles at Oklahoma State University (2010–2014).

Her research focuses on intersections of religiosity with educational decision-making, cultural influences on leadership, and servant leadership paradigms. Active in professional organizations such as the American Educational Research Association (AERA), National Education Finance Association (NEFA), Christian Adult Higher Education Association (CAHEA), and University Council for Education Administration (UCEA).
