Stephen Villavaso

Stephen Villavaso is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He is a dual professional in urban/regional planning and land use law, with over four decades of experience across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the United States. His work spans city planning, environmental regulations, zoning, and expert legal testimony.
