Professor Stephen Simpson AC FAA FRS is a leading academic in nutritional biology and entomology at the University of Sydney. As a Professor in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences, he holds adjunct roles including Executive Director of Obesity Australia and former Academic Director of the Charles Perkins Centre. His research focuses on the Geometric Framework of nutrition, swarming behaviors in locusts, and dietary impacts on human and animal health.
