Stephen Rapp is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Wayne State University's School of Engineering. He serves as Director of the Master of Science in Systems Engineering (MSSE) Web Program, which launched in August 2024 with record enrollment. His professional background combines military service, industry leadership, and academic innovation.
