Stephen H. Sams

Stephen H. Sams, MD, FASA, is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He holds board certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology (Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care) and the National Board of Echocardiography (Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography, Advanced Perioperative TEE). Clinically, he splits time between operating room anesthesia and the Neurocritical Care Unit (NCCU).
