Stephen Evans is a Professor at the School of Engineering, University of Cambridge, where he serves as Director of Research for Industrial Sustainability and Director of the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Industrial Sustainability. He was previously Director of the Centre for Sustainable Engineering at Cranfield (2005) and held academic roles at Cranfield University from 1988 to 2011, including Senior Lecturer and Professor of Life Cycle Engineering (1998–2011).
