Stephen E. Humphrey

Dr. Stephen E. Humphrey is the Alvin H. Clemens Professor of Management and Organization at Penn State's Smeal College of Business. His research centers on team effectiveness with two primary questions: how to build successful teams and how to enhance existing teams' performance.
