Dr Stephen Coutts is a Lecturer in EU Law at the University of Edinburgh, affiliated with the Edinburgh Law School and Edinburgh Europa Institute. He holds a BCLF, LLM, and PhD, with research focusing on EU constitutional law, citizenship, and transnational/supranational legal dynamics.
