Stephen Boyd

Stephen Boyd is a Senior Lecturer in Hispanic Studies at University College Cork (UCC), specializing in Spanish Golden Age literature, Catalan studies, and visual arts. He holds an MA from the University of St Andrews and has been at UCC since 1978, progressing from Assistant Lecturer to his current position. His research focuses on Cervantes, Góngora, El Greco, and Velázquez, with notable contributions to Catalan literature integration within UCC's curriculum.
