Stephen Armstrong

Stephen Armstrong is a Professor of English at Utah Tech University. His academic career spans over two decades, with a focus on film history, media studies, and creative writing. Dr. Armstrong earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in English (Creative Writing) from Florida State University, and a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park.

• Teaches courses in creative writing, fiction, and digital writing technologies

His scholarly work has appeared in journals such as Film Quarterly, Classic Images, and Journal of Popular Culture. Dr. Armstrong has also served as literary content editor for photo books and general editor for multi-volume oral histories of film studios.
