Stephanie W. Jamison

Stephanie W. Jamison is a Professor in the Department of Asian Languages & Cultures at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She specializes in Indo-Iranian languages, with a primary focus on Vedic Sanskrit and Middle Indo-Aryan, combining linguistic, literary, and cultural analysis.

Her research spans multiple disciplines including mythology, ritual practices, gender studies, and comparative poetics with Greek materials.
