Stephanie Torrijo Boix

Stephanie Torrijo Boix is an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante within the Faculty of Sciences, specifically the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Food Science. Her research bridges Dental Morphology in primates with Food Science and Nutritional Biochemistry.

Her recent journal articles highlight dental topography analysis and primate dietary ecology, while conference papers emphasize pan-species morphological integration and sperm biology in evolutionary contexts.

Current projects include Ecología dental y comportamiento alimentario (2021-2024, funded by Ministry of Science) and Verduras silvestres del género Sonchus (2025, University of Alicante). She contributes to the AAQCN research group, covering food analysis, culinary chemistry, and nutrition across 12 public research projects in the last five years.
