Stephanie Tavarez

Dr. Stephanie Tavarez is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hartford's College of Arts and Sciences. She teaches in the Online Master's in Organizational Psychology program and is an alumna of the university, holding multiple degrees from Hartford alongside a Ph.D. from Capella University.

Her research focuses on applied industrial-organizational psychology, with emphasis on:
