Dr. Mary Helen Fagan is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds a Ph.D., M.B.A., and B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research focuses on information technology adoption, stress, mindfulness, business ethics, creativity, and innovation, with recent emphasis on generative AI applications. She has extensive consulting experience with Andersen Consulting prior to academia and currently advises organizations on technology-driven change. Dr. Fagan is recognized for her teaching excellence, emphasizing real-world problem-solving and collaborative learning in courses like Critical and Creative Thinking in Business and Organizational Behavior.
