Stephanie Rhee

Stephanie Rhee is an Associate Professor of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, affiliated with the College of Health, Education and Social Welfare. She specializes in cross-cultural aging, gerontology, and immigrant acculturation.

• Ph.D. in Social Work from University of Kentucky (2013)
• MSSA and MA in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University
• MA in Anthropology and BA in English Literature from Korean institutions

Her research focuses on aging populations, particularly Korean immigrant elders, exploring acculturative stress, mental health, caregiving dynamics, and health care service delivery. She integrates clinical experience as a medical social worker into her academic work.
